2. Call For Exhibition
An important type of support you may give to Asia Tefl 2018, independent of the other forms, is to participate as a main conference exhibitor. In this fashion, it is a unique opportunity to present your positioning in the field to the academic and commercial community and provide conference participants with a concrete reference to your current uses, needs and opportunities for English Language Teaching.
1) Exhibitors will be provided with tables in the Central Teaching Building, University of Macau from 27 to 29 June 2018.
2) Exhibitors will have a basic 3m x 2m booth space with basic power supply and display conditions detailed below.
3) Exhibitors should express their preferences on stand spaces according to locations depicted in the Floor Plan in a later stage.
3. Exhibition Option
1)Basic Exhibitor Stand:
USD 1,500 for Commercial Exhibitors
USD 800 for Publishers and Non-profit Organizations
USD 550 for Universities and Research institutions
This option includes:
- One table and two chairs
- One Roller banner (0.6m x 1.6m)
4. Payment Method
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting in Asia TEFL 2018! Please complete the appropriate application form before 30 April 2018 as soon as possible, or contact the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to discuss your further requirements.
5. Cancellation Policies
1) Cancellations prior to 1st March 2018 will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
2) No refunds will be allowed after 1st March 2018.
6. Insurance
Exhibitors participating in the conference are required to take out appropriate insurance. Asia TEFL 2018 is not liable for any losses that exhibitors experience during the conference.

3)Other Extra Options
Extra tables and chairs, wall boards, power strip, etc. are listed in the Exhibitors Manual (available from the Conference Secretariat upon request). This manual also covers various technical aspects like set-up and removal of stands, storage, extra power requirement, etc.
Every effort will be made to assign the requested space according to the floor plan. However, Asia Tefl 2018 cannot guarantee that the specific space request will be available and/or assigned. Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis, and only after receipt of the contract form and the corresponding payment, (100% of total cost payable on application).

Noted: 1. Payment can be made by bank transfer in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) 2. Bank fees must be paid by the sponsor or exhibitor. No build-up allowed if a balance is outstanding. 3. All invoices should be paid prior to arrival in the exhibition. 4. Confirmation of the exhibition space and the receipt with the payment amount will be mailed to the exhibitors. |
